Refund Policy
1. General Policy
All service agreements with Softlyx Technologies are subject to this Refund Policy. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the stage of project completion at the time of the request.
Our services — including web design, web development, SEO, digital marketing, and mobile app development — involve significant upfront resource allocation. As such, refunds are not automatically guaranteed after project commencement.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:
- You request a cancellation within 48 hours of making the initial payment and before any project work has commenced.
- Softlyx Technologies is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to internal resource constraints or unforeseen circumstances.
- The delivered work significantly deviates from the agreed project scope and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable revision cycle.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- The project has entered the design or development phase and significant work has been completed.
- The client has approved design mockups or development milestones.
- Delay or project failure caused by the client's failure to provide required materials, feedback, or access credentials.
- Change of mind or change in business direction after project commencement.
- Third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting fees, premium plugins, or paid APIs are non-refundable once incurred.
- Ongoing retainer services (SEO, marketing, maintenance) once the service period has commenced.
4. Partial Refunds
In cases where a project is cancelled mid-way, Softlyx Technologies may offer a partial refund calculated based on the percentage of work remaining versus work already completed. The determination of completed work will be made by our project team and communicated transparently to the client.
5. Refund Request Process
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:
- Email us at contact@softlyxtechnologies.com with the subject line: Refund Request – [Your Project Name].
- Include your project details, payment reference number, and the reason for your refund request.
- Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a resolution within 7 business days.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days from the date of approval. Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during the transaction. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter via our formal dispute process. We encourage open communication and will make every reasonable effort to reach a mutually satisfactory outcome. All disputes shall be governed by the laws applicable in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
