1. How Our Pricing Works
Softlyx Technologies follows a transparent, project-based and retainer-based pricing model. Every engagement begins with a discovery call to understand your goals, followed by a written proposal detailing scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost.
We do not lock clients into hidden fees or surprise charges. Any change in scope is communicated upfront before additional work begins.
2. Payment Structure
Our standard payment structure for project-based work:
- 50% advance — due before project commencement.
- 25% at milestone — upon approval of design/development stage.
- 25% on delivery — due before final files/handover.
For larger or long-term projects, custom milestone payment schedules can be arranged. Retainer services (SEO, maintenance, marketing) are billed monthly in advance.
3. Digital Marketing Retainers
Our digital marketing and SEO retainers are available as monthly engagements:
- Basic SEO: Starting from ₹12,000/month — keyword strategy, on-page optimisation, monthly reporting.
- Growth Marketing: Starting from ₹25,000/month — SEO + paid campaigns (Google/Meta) + monthly analytics review.
- Full Digital Package: Custom pricing — end-to-end strategy, content, SEO, paid media, and performance dashboards.
4. Additional Services
The following services are available as add-ons or standalone engagements:
- Logo & Brand Identity Design — starting from ₹8,000
- Website Maintenance & Support — starting from ₹3,500/month

5. Taxes
All prices displayed are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). GST at 18% will be applied to all invoices as per Indian tax regulations. A GST invoice will be provided for every payment.
6. Third-Party Costs
Costs for third-party services — including domain registration, web hosting, premium plugins/themes, stock photography, and paid advertising budgets — are not included in our service pricing and will be charged separately or billed directly to the client. We always recommend the most cost-effective options.
7. Price Validity
Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the proposal. After this period, prices may be revised based on changes in scope or resource availability. We encourage clients to confirm engagements promptly to lock in quoted rates.
8. Discounts & Offers
Softlyx Technologies may offer discounts for long-term commitments, referrals, or bundled service packages. Any discount or promotional offer must be confirmed in writing in the project proposal to be valid. Verbal promises of discounts are not binding.
